The best part of this nursing home's impressive report card is its inspection score. We discuss inspections in the next paragraph

As mentioned above, this city's nursing home received a great overall grade, but we especially wanted to emphasize its nearly perfect health inspections the past few years. We gave it an impressive grade of A+ in this category. Arguably the most important factor we consider in calculating our inspection ratings is deficiencies. These deficiencies can be found on a facility's inspection reports. Nursing homes with better scores in this category most likely avoided the more severe deficiencies involving health risks or even death. We also gave this facility an A- for our short-term care rating. Rounding out its first-rate profile, this place received a grade of A- for its long-term care grade and a B in the area of nursing.
