Union City, Tennessee has only three nursing homes to choose from, so you don't have too many options to choose from. We were impressed enough with this city to rank it as one of the top twenty five rated cities in the state of Tennessee. We gave Union City an impressive grade of A+ for this category. Our inspection scores are tied to many datapoints found on the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Places that score well in this area have few deficiencies on their reports. Most importantly, these places should not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with risks to patient safety.
