With just three nursing homes in the city, there are only a couple of options in Greeneville, Tennessee. We gave the nursing homes here a top-notch city grade of A-. Even with only a few nursing homes, this is still a great achievement. For comparison's sake, we also looked at the facilities in the nearby city of Johnson City, which which also appears to be a decent option. Nevertheless, we found the nursing homes in Greeneville to be rated much higher than the ones in Johnson City.
