While this nursing home's overall grade was as bad as it gets, it actually didn't perform terribly in the area of inspections. This is its best score in this category.

Based on its score in this category, we weren't stunned to discover that this facility is well below average in terms of the number of physical therapy and registered nurse hours provided to its residents based on the metrics we looked at. Finally, we looked at the percentage of residents that ultimately were able to return home from this nursing home. This nursing home didn't fare well here either. In fact, we found that just 4.1 percent of this facility's patients were able to return home.
