We also wanted to point out that this nursing home earned near flawless health inspections recently. We gave them an A+ in this category. This facility performed very well when it comes to avoiding major falls and pressure ulcers. We consider these areas to be good indicators of the quality of nursing care.

We assess a nursing home's skilled nursing services, such as the ones performed by registered nurses and various therapists. Fortunately, it looks like this facility has registered nurses on staff. Not every facility employs these types of nurses. On the other hand, according to the information they provided, they do not appear to employ physical therapists. Lastly, we assessed the percentage of patients that were able to return home from this nursing home. We found that 0 percent of this facility's residents were able to return home.

Moving on to our final area, we gave this facility a grade of D for the area of long-term care. This was the facility's least impressive category rating. Nevertheless, we wouldn't dwell on one bad area. In a long-term care environment, the primary objective is to keep patients as healthy and safe as possible. This is different than skilled nursing or short-term care where the goal is to rehabilitate patients.
