In addition to being a strong facility overall, it also received A+ government inspections recently. Its inspections were nearly flawless. Our inspection ratings weigh several factors included in a facility's inspection report. One key criteria we look at is the quantity and severity of deficiencies. Nursing homes with better scores in this area typically have few of these severe deficiencies. While this facility had a few deficiencies on its government inspection report, none of them were major deficiencies based on CMS' scale. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.

Short-term Care Quality

On the other hand, according to the data they provided, they do not appear to employ physical therapists. The last measure we looked at in this area is the number of patients that who were able to eventually return home from the nursing home. We found that 0 percent of this nursing home's patients returned home as opposed to remaining at the facility on a permanent basis.
