However, based on the information this nursing home provided, it does not look like the facility employs physical therapists. The last statistic we looked at in this category is the percentage of residents who were able to leave the nursing home and return to the community. We discovered that 6.2 percent of this nursing home's residents were able to return home.

Adding to its impressive category scores, this facility also excelled in the category of inspections, where it earned an A. Inspection grades are tied to several datapoints found on the a nursing home's inspection reports. Facilities that receive favorable grades in this category typically have very few deficiencies on their reports. Most importantly, these places should not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with risks to patient safety. We were not able to track down deficiency counts for this nursing home. We wish we had more information about this facility. Without having access to deficiency related data, it was difficult to grade this facility in the area of inspections.
