This means a vast scope of services, spanning from registered nurses to physical and occupational therapists, in addition to other variations of therapy. Fortunately, it looks like this facility employs registered nurses. Not all nursing homes employs these types of nurses. However, according to the information this nursing home provided, it does not look like the facility employs physical therapists. The final measure we considered in this area is the percentage of patients who were able to leave the facility and return to the community. We discovered that 5.3 percent of this nursing home's patients returned home.

The next highest grade we gave this nursing home came in the category of nursing, where we gave it a grade of B-. We were pleased to learn that this nursing home vaccinated 100 percent of its patients for pneumonia. This nursing home keeps its residents out of the hospital. It had less than one hospitalization per 1,000 long-term resident days, which is a remarkably low number.
