In addition to being a great overall grade, this facility also received A+ health inspections in recent years. Its inspections were virtually flawless. To provide highly graded rehabilitation services, facilities generally need to provide higher levels of highly skilled nursing. Skilled nursing includes registered nurses, physical therapists, respiratory therapists and other licensed professionals. Fortunately, it appear that this facility has registered nurses on staff. Not all nursing homes employs these skilled professionals. However, based on the data they provided, it does not look like the facility employs physical therapists. The last item we looked at in this category is the percentage of residents who ultimately were able to return home from the facility. This nursing home gave the vaccine to 97.948715 percent of its patients. Vaccines are critical to keeping patients healthy. Clearly, this nursing home is doing something right in this area as it also excelled at keeping its residents out of the hospital. It had less than one hospitalization per 1,000 long-term resident days, which is an impressively low figure.
