Inspection grades account for a host of factors included in a facility's inspection report. One key criteria we weigh heavily is the number and severity of deficiencies. Facilities with higher grades in this area usually have very few of these severe deficiencies. While this facility had some deficiencies on its report, none of them were severe based on CMS' deficiency scale. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.

Short-term Care Quality

Grade: B-plus

In the last category, this nursing home also was given a very strong short-term care grade, with a grade of B+. This topped off a very favorable report card. In calculating our short-term care grades, we analyze the nursing home's levels of highly skilled nursing, which includes registered nurses, physical therapists speech therapists and other highly skilled individuals. This category is generally a useful assessment of a facility's rehabilitation services. It doesn't appear that this facility submitted registered nurse or physical therapist staffing data.
