In forming our short-term care ratings, we analyze the facility's skilled nursing services, such as those performed by registered nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists and other types of therapists. The goal is to create a tool for comparing the rehabilitation services of various nursing homes. Fortunately, it looks like this nursing home employs registered nurses. Not every nursing home employs these skilled professionals. On the other hand, based on the information they provided, it does not look like the facility employs physical therapists. The final statistic we considered in this area is the number of patients that returned home from the facility. We found that 0 percent of this nursing home's residents returned home as opposed to remaining at the facility on a permanent basis.

In the last area we looked at, we found that this nursing home received a solid government inspection report this year as well, with few major dings from government inspectors. It earned a decent score in our inspection category with a score of B. This nursing home didn't have any major weak links. Inspection grades take several factors into consideration, including deficiencies and federal fines.
