This facility earned a strong overall grade as discussed above, but we wanted to emphasize its excellent long-term care grade. We awarded them a grade of A in this category. Furthermore, this facility also received impressive inspections in recent years. We gave them one of our better scores in that area, with a B. This facility was hit with 4 deficiencies on its inspection report, but none of the deficiencies were considered to be major deficiencies. This means that the inspectors didn't deem any of these deficiencies to be an immediate threat to resident safety or health. This wasn't quite on par with some of its other category grades mentioned above. Despite having low quantities of nursing care, this place surprisingly excelled in some of the quality measures we looked at. In fact, it scored well in terms of avoiding pressure ulcers and major falls.

Moving on to our fourth category, this facility was awarded a decent short-term care score of B-. In our short-term care assessment, we strive to create a sound measure for rehabilitation services. In doing so, we analyze the facility's offerings of highly-skilled nursing services, including both registered nurses and physical therapy, as well as respiratory therapy. Unfortunately, it does not appear that this facility submitted information on registered nurse or physical therapist staffing. The last statistic we considered in this category is the number of residents who who were able to eventually return home from the nursing home. We found that just 0 percent of this nursing home's patients returned home.
