In our short-term care score, we seek to create a valuable barometer for rehabilitation services. In doing so, we look at a facility's levels of highly-skilled nursing services, including both registered nurses and physical therapy, as well as speech therapy. Fortunately, it looks like this nursing home employs registered nurses. Not all facilities employs these types of nurses. On the other hand, based on the data they provided, they do not appear to employ physical therapists. Finally, we considered the number of residents who were able to return home from this facility. We found that 6.1 percent of this facility's residents were able to return home.
