Grade: B-plus

One of the reasons this is a decent facility is it earned a very favorable inspection score. In this area, we gave this nursing home a B+. Inspection ratings are based on many datapoints found on the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Facilities that receive favorable grades in this area tend to have very few deficiencies on those reports. Most importantly, these places generally do not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with endangerment of patients. This facility was hit with 4 deficiencies on its inspection report, but none of the deficiencies were considered severe.
