It received a decent score in inspections with a B. This facility really didn't have any major weaknesses. We weigh several aspects of a nursing home's inspection report in calculating our inspection grades. One critical factor is health deficiencies. You should keep in mind that the severity of deficiencies is arguably more meaningful than the quantity of deficiencies, as some are relatively insignificant. This nursing home was hit with 3 deficiencies on its inspection report, but none were considered to be severe deficiencies. This means that CMS did not deem any of these deficiencies to pose an immediate risk to resident health or safety. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.
