Inspection grades are tied to several datapoints located in the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Most importantly, these facilities should not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with risks to patient safety. This nursing home was assessed 3 deficiencies on its inspection report, but fortunately none of the deficiencies were considered to be major deficiencies. This means that CMS didn't deem any of the deficiencies an imminent risk to resident safety or health. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.

This means a broad scope of services, spanning from registered nurses to physical and respiratory therapists, in addition to other types of therapy. Unfortunately, it does not look like this nursing home submitted registered nurse or physical therapist staffing data. The last datapoint we considered in this category is the percentage of residents who who were able to eventually return home from the nursing home. This proved to be more of a strength for this facility. This place fared as well as just about any nursing home in Tennessee with 79.9 percent of its patients returning home.
