In addition to faring well overall, this nursing home also received a nearly flawless inspection report. Consequently, it earned one of our best grades in that category with an A+. Arguably the most critical factor we look at in determining our inspection grades is deficiencies. Deficiencies are found on a nursing home's inspection reports. Facilities with higher grades in this category most likely avoided the most severe deficiencies involving patient abuse or death. While this nursing home had a few minor dings on its inspection report, it had zero severe deficiencies. Severe deficiencies are found in categories G through L.
