This facility received a quality overall grade as described above, but we especially wanted to point out its nearly flawless inspections in recent years. We awarded it an A in this category. Inspection ratings are based on many pieces of information found on the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Nursing homes that excel in this category have very few deficiencies on their reports. Most importantly, these places generally do not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with endangerment of patients. This facility was hit with 2 deficiencies on its inspection report, but we were relieved to see that none of the deficiencies were considered severe. This tells you that CMS didn't consider any of these deficiencies to pose an immediate threat to patient health or safety. The fact that the deficiencies were relatively minor made us feel better about this inspection report.
