On top of faring well overall, this facility earned an excellent inspection report. Consequently, we gave it one of our highest scores in this area with a grade of A. Inspection grades are based on items found on the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Nursing homes that receive favorable grades in this area tend to have few deficiencies on those reports. Most importantly, these facilities generally do not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with endangerment of patients.
