To go along with its decent overall score, we gave this facility an A for our inspections rating. This score is far better than the facility's overall grade. Arguably the most important factor we look at in determining our inspection scores is deficiencies. These deficiencies can be found on a facility's inspection reports. Places with better grades in this category most likely avoided the more severe deficiencies involving things like patient abuse. This facility was hit with 9 deficiencies on its inspection report, but fortunately none were considered to be severe deficiencies. This means that CMS didn't deem any of these deficiencies to create an imminent threat to resident health or safety.
