While we gave this nursing home a weak overall grade, we gave it a fairly respectable grade in the area of inspections, where we gave it a B-. This was certainly better than its other category grades. Inspection grades account for a host of factors included in a nursing home's inspection report. One of the most important criteria we look at is the quantity and severity of deficiencies. This facility was assessed 4 deficiencies on its inspection report, but we were relieved to see that none of the deficiencies were considered severe. This means that the government inspectors didn't deem any of these deficiencies to cause an immediate threat to resident health or safety. A couple minor deficiencies are not necessarily the end of the world.
