Facility Inspections
We also would like to point out the fact that this nursing home has earned nearly flawless government inspections in recent years. We gave them an A in this category. Inspection scores weigh several factors found on a facility's inspection report. One key criteria we consider is the number and severity of deficiencies. Places with better scores in this area tend to have few of these severe deficiencies. Fortunately, although this facility had a few minor dings on its government inspection report, it had no severe deficiencies. Severe deficiencies are those found in categories G through L. This means the inspectors didn't deem any of the deficiencies on this facility's report to pose an imminent threat to patient health or safety. We should note that deficiency-free inspection reports are rare in this industry.
