Facility Inspections

On top of being a strong facility overall, this facility excelled in the area of inspections, where it received an A+. Few facilities performed better in this area. Our inspection scores are tied to several pieces of information located in the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Places that excel in this category tend to have few deficiencies on their reports. Most importantly, these nursing homes generally do not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with endangerment of patients. This place was hit with 3 deficiencies on its inspection report, but none of the deficiencies were considered to be severe. This means that the government inspectors didn't consider any of these deficiencies to create an immediate threat to resident safety or health. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.
