In addition to being a great overall grade, this facility also received A+ health inspections in recent years. Its inspections were virtually flawless. Our inspection grades are based on pieces of information found on the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Nursing homes that score well in this area have few deficiencies on those reports. Most importantly, these places generally do not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with risks to patient safety. The final category we graded was nursing. This nursing home received a very good nursing grade this year, with a B. While this was not nearly as dominant as many of its other category grades, this is nevertheless one of the more favorable grades in that category. When computing our nursing ratings, we assess both nursing hours and the training levels of those nurses. This nursing home provides 0.4 hours of nursing care per resident per day. Lastly, we also factored a few quality measures into our nursing grades. This nursing home was relatively weak in two of the major areas we focus on, with below average scores for minimizing its residents' major falls and pressure ulcers.
