We were unable to award this facility any respectable scores. We wanted to note that it received an F for its inspection grade. An F in this category is really alarming because it usually points to red flags on its government inspection reports. For nursing homes that received this poor of an inspection score, we recommend scrutinizing the severe deficiencies on its inspection report. This particular facility was hit with 5 deficiencies on its inspection report. The only positive thing we can say is that none of these deficiencies were in the categories that suggest they caused a risk to patient health or safety.
