In fact, it received a nearly flawless inspection report this year. As a result, it received one of our highest grades in that category with a score of A+. Skilled nursing includes a broad scope of nursing services, ranging from registered nurses to physical and respiratory therapists, as well as other types of therapy. Fortunately, we found that this nursing home provided respectable levels of physical therapist and registered nurse hours per resident. Finally, we considered the percentage of residents that returned home from this facility. We found that it fared better than most facilities in this area with 55.9 percent of its patients returning home.

This facility is also strong in the area of long-term care, where it was given a grade of B. It outperformed most facilities in this category. Nursing homes that receive this type of grade in long-term care typically provide consistent around the clock care to ensure patients are well cared for.
