In our short-term care category, we try to create a fair measure for rehabilitation services. In doing so, we analyze the facility's scope of skilled nursing services, including both registered nurses and physical therapy, as well as occupational therapy. Fortunately, it looks like this facility has registered nurses on staff. Not all nursing homes employs these types of nurses. However, according to the information they provided, it does not look like the facility employs physical therapists. Lastly, we considered the percentage of residents that were able to return home from this facility. We found that 6.4 percent of this facility's patients returned home.
