Although we did not have many positive things to say about this facility's overall grade, it earned a respectable inspection report this year. As a result, it received a decent grade in this area with a score of B-. Inspection ratings are tied to many datapoints found on the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Deficiencies are a key item to look for on these reports. Severe deficiencies indicate a risk to the well being of residents. This nursing home was assessed 9 deficiencies on its inspection report, but none of the deficiencies were considered to be severe. This means that the government inspectors did not consider any of these deficiencies an immediate threat to patient health or safety. A few minor deficiencies are not necessarily the end of the world.
