Although we gave this facility a terrible overall grade, we awarded it a grade of B- for our nursing rating. Our nursing score is largely associated with the nursing home's level of nurse staffing. The final statistic we looked at in this area is the percentage of residents who were able to leave the nursing home and return home. We discovered that just 0 percent of this facility's patients were able to return home, which is actually below average.

Other categories turned out to be the source of this facility's bottom of the barrel overall grade. Frankly, we were a bit concerned this nursing home vaccinated 84.166664 percent of its residents against pneumonia, which is several points lower than the national average. Surprisingly, this place was actually able to limit hospitalizations. With just 0 hospitalizations per 1,000 long-term resident days, this nursing home had fewer hospitalizations than the majority of nursing homes. This was its best score in this category.
