In addition to earning a quality overall score, this facility also earned excellent inspections recently. We awarded it one of our highest grades in that category, with an A. Inspection ratings are tied to pieces of information located in the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Nursing homes that excel in this category tend to have few deficiencies on their reports. Most importantly, these places should not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with risks to patient safety.
