On top of faring well overall, this nursing home also earned a nearly flawless inspection report. Therefore, it received one of our highest scores in that area with an A+. Perhaps the most important factor we look at in determining our inspection grades is deficiencies. These deficiencies can be found on a nursing home's inspection reports. Nursing homes with higher grades in this area most likely dodged the more severe deficiencies involving things like patient abuse. Fortunately, although this facility had a few minor dings on its government inspection report, it had zero severe deficiencies. Severe deficiencies are ones found in categories G, H, I, J, K and L.
