While this nursing home's overall grade was as bad as it gets, it actually didn't perform terribly in the area of inspections. Unfortunately, a few of its other scores in the category weren't as favorable as these.

Turning to the category of short-term care, this facility was awarded a grade of just D in that category. Short-term care grades are typically used to grade a nursing home's rehabilitation services In order to provide good rehabilitation services, facilities generally need to offer higher levels of skilled nursing services. Skilled nursing includes registered nurses, physical therapists, respiratory therapists and other highly skilled individuals. Given its grade in this category, we were not surprised to discover that this nursing home is well below average in terms of its quantity of registered nurse and physical therapy hours provided to its residents based on the data we assessed. Lastly, we considered the number of residents who returned home from this nursing home. This nursing home didn't fare well here either. In fact, we found that just 0 percent of this facility's residents were able to return home. This figure was quite a bit off the national average.

This facility's least impressive area was nursing, which is the last area we analyzed. In this area, we awarded this nursing home a grade of D.
