Nurse Quality

Grade: A-plus

On top of performing well in its overall grade, this facility received even higher marks in the area of nursing. We gave it one of our best scores in this category with an A+. Avoiding major falls is typically a good indicator that a facility has reliable quality controls in place. Major falls can frequently be prevented if more nurses aids and better safety protocols are in place.

However, according to the information they provided, it does not look like the facility employs physical therapists. The final measure we considered in this category is the number of residents who ultimately returned home from the facility. We found that 4.3 percent of this nursing home's patients returned home as opposed to remaining at the nursing home on a permanent basis.
