This place did not receive any respectable grades. Its most concerning score may be its inspection grade, where we gave it an F. When a nursing home has this poor of an inspection grade, you should look for severe deficiencies on its inspection report. Severe deficiencies indicate a threat to patient safety. This particular facility was assessed a category G through L deficiency, which rank among the more serious deficiencies. These categories indicate that the deficiencies found by inspectors had the potential to pose actual harm to residents. Lastly, we also want to point out that this facility received significant government fines recently totaling more than $100,000. This generally signifies that a nursing home's bad track record has been an issue for several years.

We also wanted to draw your attention to this facility's poor short-term care grade where it was given a lowly F. Short-term care grades are vital for patients seeking rehabilitation. Rehabilitation usually utilizes additional skilled nursing. This includes a broad range of nursing services, ranging from registered nurses to physical and respiratory therapists, as well as other types of therapy. Lastly, we looked at the number of residents who who were able to eventually return home from this nursing home. This facility didn't fare well here either.
