While we did not have many favorable things to say about this facility's overall score, it did receive a respectable nursing score of B-. Lastly, we also looked at several nursing quality measures. While this place got docked a bit for its nursing hours per resident, it excelled in a few of these quality measures. With fewer than five percent of its patients experiencing pressure ulcers, it fared well in this subcategory. This is often an indicator of quality nursing care. Pressure ulcers can often be avoided by providing better nursing care, such as employing a system of turning residents more often.

We were pleased to discover that this nursing home vaccinated 97.85933 percent of its patients for pneumonia. This facility keeps its residents out of the hospital. It had only 0.03 hospitalizations per one thousand long-term resident days, which is an impressively low number.
