This score is generally a fair measure of a nursing home's rehabilitation. Fortunately, it appear that this nursing home has registered nurses on staff. Not all nursing homes employs these skilled professionals. However, based on the data they provided, they do not appear to employ physical therapists. In fact, we gave it an impressive grade of A for that category. Inspection scores are tied to several pieces of information located in the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Nursing homes that excel in this category tend to have few deficiencies on their reports. Most importantly, these places generally do not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with risks to patient safety. Unfortunately, we were not able to locate information about this nursing home's deficiencies. We wish we had more data for this facility. Without having access to the information regarding deficiencies, it ended up being challenging to really grade it in the inspections category.

Long-term Care Quality

Grade: B-minus

The last area we graded is long-term care. This facility was given an above average long-term care grade this year, with a B-. While this wasn't quite as good as several of its other scores, this is still a decent score in this area. Our long-term care grades are more important for residents requiring more traditional services associated with personal care. One of the criteria we considered after nurse's aid hours was vaccines. Fortunately, this facility provided the pneumonia vaccination to 96 percent of its patients. Lastly, this facility was also able to limit hospitalizations. It had only 0 hospitalizations per one thousand long-term resident days, which is a remarkably low figure.
