Turning to another strength for this facility, it also received an elite nursing rating. We gave this facility an impressive grade of D. Our nursing grade is largely associated with the facility's nurse staffing. This facility offered a meager 0.3 hours of nursing care per patient each day. This is an alarmingly low total. Lastly, we also looked at some nursing quality-based metrics in calculating our nursing scores. This place performed well in terms of minimizing its residents' pressure ulcers and major falls.
