We also wanted to emphasize the fact that this facility excelled in our nursing rating. We awarded them an impressive grade of A+ in this category. Our nursing grade looks at the facility's nurse staffing levels. We consider both the levels of training of the nurses as well as the quantity of hours spent with patients. With 4.5 hours of nursing care per resident per day, this nursing home surpassed the overwhelming majority of facilities. Finally, this place also excelled in the quality-based metrics we assessed. It performed as well as any facility the nation in terms of avoiding pressure ulcers and major falls.
