Grade: A-minus

In addition to receiving a great overall score, this facility also received top notch government inspections in recent years. We awarded it one of our better scores in this category, with an A-. Our inspection grades are tied to several datapoints found on the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Facilities that excel in this category typically have few deficiencies on those reports. Most importantly, these nursing homes generally do not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with risks to patient safety. This nursing home was assessed 3 deficiencies on its inspection report, but we were relieved to see that none of the deficiencies were considered to be major deficiencies. This tells you that the inspectors didn't consider any of the deficiencies to create an immediate threat to patient health or safety. The fact that none of the deficiencies were severe made us feel better about this inspection report.

In order to offer highly rated rehabilitation services, nursing homes generally need to offer higher levels of highly skilled nursing. Not every nursing home employs these types of nurses. However, based on the information this nursing home provided, they do not appear to employ physical therapists.
