Facility Inspections

In addition to performing well overall, this facility also earned a nearly flawless inspection report. Therefore, it earned one of our highest grades in that category with a grade of A+. Inspection grades account for a host of factors found on a facility's inspection reports. One of the most important criteria we rely on is the quantity and severity of deficiencies. Nursing homes with higher grades in this area tend to have few severe deficiencies. This particular nursing home received 5 deficiencies on its inspection report. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.

Pneumonia tragically can be a life or death health condition for nursing home residents so we like it when a facility doesn't leave this to chance. Clearly, this nursing home is doing something right in this area as it also excelled at keeping its residents out of the hospital.
