Although we did not rate this nursing home favorably overall, we want to draw your attention to its nearly flawless government inspections in recent years. We awarded them an impressive grade of A- in this category. These inspection grades take several factors into consideration, including deficiencies and substantiated complaints. Based on its score in this area, we weren't surprised to learn that this facility was well below average in terms of its number of physical therapy and registered nurse hours offered to its patients based on the data we looked at. The last statistic we assessed in this category is the number of patients that were able to return home from the facility. This nursing home struggled quite a bit in this metric as well, with just 0 percent of its residents returning home. This was quite a bit below average.

Switching gears to the fourth area, this nursing home did not perform very well in this area either. With a rock bottom grade of F in nursing, this is really as as uninspiring as it gets. Our nursing rating weighs many factors, but the most important consideration is the number of nurse hours spent with patients. This nursing home offered a meager 0.3 hours of nursing care per resident on a daily basis. This is not a very impressive figure. To go along with its subpar totals in the area of nursing hours per resident, this facility also did not fare as well in the quality-based measures we looked at in determining our nursing ratings. We looked at the percent of residents experiencing major falls and pressure ulcers. This place had more pressure ulcers and falls than the average nursing home.
