Arguably the most significant factor we consider in computing our inspection grades is deficiencies. These deficiencies can be found on a facility's recent inspection reports. This place received 3 deficiencies on its inspection report, but fortunately none of the deficiencies were considered to be severe deficiencies. This means that the inspectors did not consider any of these deficiencies to cause an immediate risk to patient health or safety. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.

Long-term Care Quality

This nursing home also was given a strong long-term care grade. In fact, we gave them a grade of B+ in this category, which happens to be one of our more favorable scores.
