The primary reason this nursing home received a decent overall grade is its impeccable government inspections in recent years. We awarded it one of our better grades in that area, with a grade of A-. This is a notably better score than the place's overall grade, which was decent but not in the elite range. Our inspection grades weigh a host of factors included in a nursing home's inspection report. One key criteria we consider is the quantity and severity of deficiencies. Nursing homes with higher scores in this area generally have very few severe deficiencies. Although this nursing home had some deficiencies on its report, none of them were serious based on CMS' scale. A few minor deficiencies shouldn't stop you from considering a nursing home.

Not all facilities employs these skilled professionals. However, based on the information this nursing home provided, they do not appear to employ physical therapists. For prospective residents in need of a permanent place to live as opposed to rehabilitation, long-term care grades are an important measure. Unfortunately, some of its other scores in the category were not as favorable as these.
