Unfortunately, we weren't able to find information about this nursing home's registered nurse or physical therapy staffing. Lastly, we looked at the percentage of patients who ultimately returned home from this facility. We found that 6.6 percent of this facility's patients returned home.

This facility has received near flawless health inspections in recent years. We awarded them an impressive grade of A- in this category. We weigh several aspects of a nursing home's inspection report in computing our inspection ratings. One of those factors is deficiencies. Unfortunately, we weren't able to track down information about this nursing home's vaccination rates. Clearly, this facility is doing something right in this area as it was able to keep its residents out of the hospital.
