In addition to faring well overall, this facility earned an excellent inspection report. Consequently, it received one of our highest grades in this category with a grade of A. Inspection scores account for several factors found on a nursing home's inspection report. One of the most important criteria we consider is the number and severity of deficiencies. Nursing homes with higher scores in this area typically have few of these severe deficiencies. This particular nursing home had just a single deficiency on its inspection report and it was not one deemed to pose a threat to patient health or safety. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.
