To go along with its strong overall grade, we awarded this nursing home a grade of A- for our inspections rating. Lastly, we assessed the number of patients who ultimately returned home from this facility. We found that 0 percent of this nursing home's residents were able to return home.

Another strong feature for this facility is that it received an impressive nursing grade. In that area, we awarded this facility a grade of B+. We analyzed the levels of nurses at the nursing home, in addition to the quantity of hours the nurses were with residents, in determining our rating in this category. This nursing home averages 0.3 hours of nursing care per resident per day. Lastly, we also assessed some nursing quality-based metrics in determining our nursing grades. This facility performed very well in terms of minimizing its residents' pressure ulcers and major falls. We consider these areas to be good indicators of the quality of nursing care.

The next category we graded was long-term care. This facility was awarded a strong long-term care grade this year, with a C. While this isn't nearly as dominant as many of its other scores, this remains an acceptable rating for that category. Long-term care ratings are based in part on a facility's amount of nursing care. This means a broad scope of personal care services, ranging from help with activities of daily living to routine medical services. In fact, it had less than one hospitalization per 1,000 long-term resident days, which is an impressively low number.
