While we were not very complementary of this facility's overall score, it actually received a very impressive inspection report this year. In fact, it received an excellent inspection report this year. As a result, it received one of our highest scores in that category with an A-. Our inspection scores are tied to several datapoints located in the a nursing home's recent inspection reports. Deficiencies are an important thing to look for on these reports. Most importantly, you should avoid facilities with severe deficiencies associated with risks to resident well being. This indicates that CMS didn't consider any of these deficiencies an immediate risk to resident safety or health. A couple minor deficiencies aren't the end of the world.

In fact, it had only 0 hospitalizations per 1,000 long-term resident days, which is a remarkably low figure.

We also wanted to draw your attention to this facility's poor nursing grade where it received an F. Our nursing score is primarily associated with a nursing home's nurse staffing.
