On top of receiving an elite overall score, this facility received an A+ inspection score. This is based on the facility's recent inspection reports. An A+ in this area is one of the best complements we can pay to a facility. Inspection grades account for several factors included in a nursing home's inspection reports. One key criteria we rely on is the quantity and severity of deficiencies. Nursing homes with better scores in this area typically have few severe deficiencies. This nursing home was assessed 9 deficiencies on its inspection report, but fortunately none were considered to be major deficiencies. This nursing home also received a very impressive nursing grade. In that area, we awarded this facility a grade of A-. Our nursing grade is based on many factors, however, the main consideration is the quantity of nurse hours spent with patients. Moving on to our fourth category, this nursing home was given a strong short-term care rating. While this wasn't as strong as several of its other grades, this is nevertheless one of the stronger scores a facility can receive.
