On the other hand, according to the data they provided, they do not appear to employ physical therapists. Lastly, we looked at the number of patients who were able to return to the community from this facility. We found that 6.2 percent of this facility's patients returned home.

This nursing home also earned an A+ inspection grade, making it one of the rare facilities to receive multiple A+'s in our category grades. This grade is based on the place's inspections. Inspection ratings take several factors into consideration, including deficiencies, substantiated complaints and federal fines. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.

In a long-term care environment, the facility's primary goal is to maintain residents' quality of life and keep them safe. On top of looking at the quantity of care provided by nurses aids and other staff, we also looked at the percentage of residents vaccinated against pneumonia. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find information about this nursing home's vaccination rates. Clearly, this facility is doing something right in this area as it was able to keep its patients out of the hospital. In fact, it had only 0 hospitalizations per one thousand long-term resident days, which is an impressively low figure.

Moving on to our last category, this nursing home also performed well in the nursing category. In fact, we awarded it an A- for that area. This completed truly elite report card.
