In addition to receiving a great overall grade, this facility also received an excellent short-term care score, with a grade of A. With our short-term care score, we strive to forge a meaningful measure for rehabilitation services. In this process, we analyze the facility's level of highly-skilled nursing services, including both registered nurses and physical therapy, as well as respiratory therapy.
